I am a Master's-level Mental Health Counselor (MA, 2025) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and co-occurring substance use disorders.

My clinical approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to help clients build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and foster healthier relationships.

I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to explore patterns, gain insight, and make sustainable changes.
