My name is Anna Hummel, and I am a temporarily Licensed Mental Health Counselor (t-LMHC). I completed my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Walden University in 2026.
My person-centered and trauma-informed approach will allow us to work collaboratively towards your goals. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach, tailoring to each individual's needs to the best of my ability. I often draw from theoretical approaches such as humanistic theory, feminist theory, and internal family systems (IFS). My biggest goal is to support my clients, so attuning to each individual's needs is a top priority.
I enjoy working with young adults, queer and gender non-conforming individuals, neurodivergent individuals, and couples. I provide neurodivergent- and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. Human rights are non-negotiable in my professional and personal perspective.
I am committed to supporting you through the uncertainties of life. Whether you are experiencing an overwhelming transition, processing grief or trauma, looking to better understand your gender identity, or something in between, it is a privilege to have the opportunity to support you!
